

This week we want to slow down the pace, relieve stress and reflect on this unique time we find ourselves in. It is very important that we look after ourselves and those around us, we can do that in many ways, we can:
- Practice mindfulness
- Connect with others – talking, playing games, sharing a laugh…
- Do something we enjoy
- Read a book
- Stay active – exercise helps us regulate our mood
- Have a break and send no work for feedback this week.
Lockdown Club
Mouse is scared of Covid 19. So scared he has decided to share with his friends specific mindfulness strategies he uses to combat worries.
Feelings

Feelings can be difficult to understand and hard to let go of. Sometimes it’s easier to write them down, so why not try adding a note about how you’re feeling to a lantern and watch as your worries float away?
