This week we want to slow down the pace, relieve stress and reflect on this unique time we find ourselves in. It is very important that we look after ourselves and those around us, we can do that in many ways, we can:
- Practice mindfulness
- Connect with others – talking, playing games, sharing a laugh…
- Do something we enjoy
- Read a book
- Stay active – exercise helps us regulate our mood
- Have a break and send no work for feedback this week.

Choose one of the 4 activities. Follow the instructions to make a ‘glitter jar’, or find your ‘best belly buddy’. Go on a ‘mindful safari’ and work on your ‘spidey senses’. You may need an adult to help you with these activities.
