Descriptive Writing
I am learning to use my senses when writing a description.
I know I can do it when I have written a detailed description of my bedroom.
When writing an interesting description of a place it is important to focus on your senses.
Ask yourself:
What can you see?
What can you hear?
What can you smell?
What can you feel with your hands?
What can you taste?
What does this place make you think about?
What are some things you can do in this place?
How does this place make you feel?
What are some things that you can say about this place?
